Security Policy

1. Purpose
This Security Policy describes the general approach LT-Pay takes to protect user accounts, transactions, and data. For a customer-facing overview, see our Security page.
2. Account Protection
Access to LT-Pay accounts is protected through authentication controls, including PIN and/or OTP verification where applicable.
3. Transaction Security
Transfers are subject to a verification process before funds can be collected, and transaction activity is monitored to help identify unusual or unauthorized behavior.
4. Data Protection
Data transmitted between the LT-Pay app and our systems uses secure connections. Access to user data is restricted to what is necessary to provide the Services.
5. Incident Response
LT-Pay works to identify, investigate, and respond to security incidents and suspicious activity. Users are encouraged to report concerns to security@ltpay.co immediately.
6. Regulatory Status
LT-Pay is a financial technology platform. Regulatory licensing and authorization details will be published here once available. LT-Pay does not currently claim to be licensed, regulated, or approved by the Bank of South Sudan or any other authority.
7. Policy Review
This Security Policy is reviewed periodically and may be updated to reflect improvements to our security controls.
