1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LT-Pay's website or mobile application (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use certain features of the Services, you may need to register an account and complete identity verification (KYC). You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.
3. Use of the Services
- You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, PIN, and OTP.
- You agree to provide accurate recipient and transaction information when initiating a transfer.
- You must not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services.
4. Transfers and Collections
Transfers processed through LT-Pay are subject to the verification and collection process described on our How It Works page. Applicable fees and limits are described on our Fees & Limits page and may be updated from time to time.
5. Agents
LT-Pay agents are authorized to assist with transfer collection and customer service in accordance with LT-Pay's policies. Agents are required to follow LT-Pay's verification procedures.
6. Prohibited Activity
You may not use the Services for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes, including money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any activity that violates applicable law. See our KYC/AML page for more information.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LT-Pay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Suspension and Termination
LT-Pay may suspend or terminate access to the Services where necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or protect the security of our users and platform.
9. Regulatory Status
LT-Pay is a financial technology platform. Regulatory licensing and authorization details will be published here once available. LT-Pay does not currently claim to be licensed, regulated, or approved by the Bank of South Sudan or any other authority.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
